This seven-day cultural journey offers a profound exploration of Bhutan’s sacred heritage, vibrant traditions, and breathtaking landscapes. Beginning in Paro, the gateway to Bhutan, the tour takes you through the capital city of Thimphu, the spiritual valleys of Punakha, and the serene Haa Valley, before culminating at the legendary Tiger’s Nest Monastery.
Your adventure begins with a scenic drive to Thimphu, where you’ll visit the National Memorial Chorten and the grand Tashichho Dzong. The following day immerses you in Bhutanese culture with stops at the towering Buddha Dordenma, the Folk Heritage Museum, and the Institute for Zorig Chusum, capped with a traditional cultural performance.
Traveling eastward, you’ll cross the spectacular Dochula Pass, with its panoramic Himalayan views, before arriving in Punakha to marvel at the majestic Punakha Dzong and hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the temple of fertility. A visit to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten and Wangdue Phodrang Dzong adds depth before returning to Paro.
The highlight of the tour is a hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched dramatically on a cliffside, followed by an excursion to the Haa Valley via Chele La Pass, Bhutan’s highest motorable road. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
- The approval of tourists VISA is contingent on the full payment of the tour
- Flight ticket payment is subject to the Ticketing Time Limit issued by the airlines
Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- Less than a week prior to arrival – 100% cancellation charge will be levied as cancellation fee
Flight Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subject to the cancellation terms of the Airline
Rescheduling Tour Dates:
- There are no charges for rescheduling your trip. However the minimum daily tariff, hotel rates, airline charges are subject to change depending on your new travelling dates.
